We have chosen to stock the heavier 100 Micron Bags and Rolls as they are more sturdy and stronger than the average 85 micron bags sold in most stores.
Given what our customers are most likely to be using them for (Fish and other Seafood) we believe this is the way to go and these are the ones that we use ourselves.
The thicker the barrier the greater the shelf (storage) life which means less wastage saving you money in the long run and they vacumm quicker – always a good thing when we are time poor.
From fruit and vegetables, bone in meats or whole seafood these bags and rolls products will keep your food fresher and safer for longer.
They are ideal to prevent freezer burn by removing the oxygen from the bag prior to freezing and can be used for sous vide cooking, reducing the size of your foods in your freezer and protecting foods during transporation when heading off to your next camping or fishing trip.
